Orders:                

Will be shipped as complete and as fast as possible.

 

Shipments:        

We can use the shipping carrier as per customer

request otherwise we use UPS, Fedex, USPS, whichever

is the least cost to customer, for all order shipments.

 

Claims:                 

Retain all packing material and the original carton for inspection.

Report all damages and defective items to the carrier and us within 30 days of delivery.

 

Returns:              

No unauthorized returns.

Contact our customer service department for return authorization.

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all return items except for items proven to be defective.

All cancellation orders must be confirmed by E-mail or Fax.

 

Credit on items:                  

Items broken during shipment or proven defective can be replaced or credit given for cost of item. Contact us for credit authorization.
